Dr. Ethridge’s global health journey began while serving on a humanitarian trip to Costa Rica, when an unexpected hospital stay sparked a drive to improve global health equity, prompting his involvement in numerous medical service trips to Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras since 2010. He has over a decade of experience in diverse healthcare settings, including neurosurgery, neonatal intensive care, and pediatric primary care, which have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of international healthcare and invaluable clinical experience.

His dedication to improving global health led to his selection as ACE Global’s inaugural Global Health Scholar in 2022. Now, as Program Director, Dr. Ethridge leverages his unique blend of clinical expertise and international experience to expand healthcare access through MSICS training and telesurgical mentorship.
